Signing Service Plans
Coordinate orders, notaries, documents, and client updates in a signing-service workspace. Choose per-completed-order billing for lighter volume or a flat monthly plan with a public website and order intake.
Pay as you go
$9 per completed order
Best for companies with occasional orders. Billing begins only when an order is completed.
Multiply your completed orders each month by $9. At 17 completed orders, Pay As You Go costs $153; Unlimited costs $149. From that point, Unlimited has the lower monthly plan cost.

This table compares recurring charges. Including the $299 setup fee, Unlimited costs $448 in the first month; Pay As You Go reaches $450 at 50 completed orders. Self-service Pay As You Go has no mandatory setup fee. Optional usage, processing costs, and payments to notaries are separate.
What the $299 setup includes
Company profile and branding, a signing-company website using our templates, help connecting one customer-owned domain, client order intake and service areas, team and notary-network setup guidance, one training session, a test order, and one round of corrections before launch.
Custom development, large data imports, domain purchases, and ongoing administrative work are separately quoted. Existing paid Unlimited customers are not charged a new setup fee.
Prepare your signing company for launch
Create your account with your company name, primary contact name, email, and password; verify your email.
Choose your plan and enter billing details securely through Stripe. New Unlimited signup includes the $299 setup fee.
Prepare your business address, phone, order email, time zone, services, coverage areas, and assignment instructions.
Gather your logo, brand colors, company description, and domain details. Connect the domain through your provider without sharing passwords.
Prepare team names, emails and access roles, client contacts, and your notary qualification requirements.
Use your back-office setup checklist to configure your workspace, calendar connection, and appointment alerts.
Complete setup and training, review the website, and test an order through completion and billing before approving launch.
Subscription fees do not include optional SMS usage, payment-processing costs, or notary fees paid by signing services.
