Document library
Each lesson explains the document’s general purpose, shows where signatures or initials may be requested, identifies possible notarial certificates, and lists questions that must go back to the hiring company.

Important: A document’s presence in a package does not automatically mean it must be notarized. Students will be taught to follow the document, applicable state law, and written hiring-company instructions—and to stop when wording, capacity, dates, names, or instructions are unclear.
Mock signings
The fictional purchase and refinance exercises cover people, properties, package instructions, loan-document categories, quality control, and escalation points. They are training scenarios, not transaction-ready forms.

Terms and definitions
The full course glossary will include plain-language definitions, examples, and reminders about which questions belong with the lender, title company, settlement professional, or hiring company.
Finding clients
The marketing module will help students build more than one source of opportunities while setting realistic expectations: listings and relationships can improve visibility, but no directory, course, or platform can guarantee assignments.

A structured four-week marketing plan, outreach templates, tracking tools, and weekly action steps are included after enrollment.
The enrollment materials include a practical screening checklist for assignments, companies, fees, instructions, privacy, and payment expectations.
Third-party platform availability, eligibility, pricing, and requirements can change. Inclusion is educational and does not represent an endorsement or guarantee of assignments.
Students will practice neutral document identification and procedural guidance. They will not be taught to interpret loan terms, recommend choices, select a notarial act for a signer, change documents independently, or answer legal and financial questions.
State-specific certificate examples will be based on official commissioning-authority materials and clearly labeled by jurisdiction.
Students who complete all lessons, both mock scenarios, and quality-control activities can download a printable Notary Base certificate of completion with a unique certificate number.
The certificate documents private training completion; it is not a state commission, license, government certification, or guarantee of work.
