General notary fieldwork
Students will practice handling common requests while staying within the notary's role. The document name alone does not determine the notarial act, and certificate wording and rules vary by state.

Downloadable practice guide
The workbook includes side-by-side explanations, two practice certificates, facility guidance, common request categories, a mobile appointment checklist, and links to official state resources. Practice pages are not universal legal forms and must not be attached to real documents.
The official form links above are for Georgia. Notaries commissioned elsewhere should use their own commissioning authority's current forms and instructions.
Notary Base is building its own notary network. The course will show members how to create a professional profile with accurate service areas, credentials, availability, languages, equipment, and a strong business description so hiring organizations can understand their services. Network participation does not guarantee assignments.
Qualified students can download a PDF certificate with their name, course title, completion date, and unique certificate number.
The certificate will identify completion of Notary Base training. It will not represent a state commission, license, government certification, or legal credential.
